Refund policy
If you would like to return an item, contact our client service team within 14 days of arrival of your order. Please email hello@brunosociety.com including order number, name, email address and your request.
To complete your return process, you can contact us within 14 days and return your product free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo. You can return your products by submitting the BSG TASARIM A.Ş. / 901146972 return code to Yurtiçi Kargo branches throughout Turkey.
You can place the product you want to return in a suitable bag and deliver it to the cargo with a note stating your order number. The returned product must be delivered to the courier with the name of the person who placed the order. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 1-3 business days to the original payment method. Information regarding the return process will be sent via email within 1-3 working days.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
If the purchase amount is below 350 TL and all items are returned, the original shipping fee will also be credited back upon return.

We do not have an exchange option. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our Terms & Conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully.

Damaged Items
We strive to ensure that all the products we offer are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern about a defective or damaged product, please email us with a photo showing the damage so we can review the matter; send it to hello@brunosociety.com with your order number, name and email address.
