Shipping policy

Shipping

The shipping fee for your orders up to 350 TL is 20 TL. We offer free shipping for orders over 350 TL.

Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.

Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by Bruno Society. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
