How can I contact you?

 

You can contact us by sending an e-mail to hello@brunosociety.com and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Our customer service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday – Friday. Any enquiries sent on the weekends or public holidays will be responded to the following business day.

 

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

 

Do you have a store?

 

We only have an online store at the moment.

 

What size would fit me?

 

The measurements of the sizes for each product are detailed in the size catalogue. You can also contact us via email at hello@brunosociety.com and we’ll help figure out the best size for you.

 

What size would fit my dog?

 

The measurements of the sizes for each product are detailed in the size catalogue. You can find the body measurements & references of different breeds detailed for each size. You can also access our video that will help you measure your dog's body measurements accurately on the body measurements page. You can also contact us via email at hello@brunosociety.com and we’ll help figure out the best size for you.

 

Where can I find the size guide?

 

Body sizes are specified in the description of each product. In addition, you can access the size guide containing the body measurements of all products in the footer section of our website.

 

How can I find more information about a product?

 

You can learn about all of our products on their individual product pages. If you have additional questions, please contact us at hello@brunosociety.com.

 

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

 

We strive to ensure that all the products we offer are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern about a defective or damaged product, please email us with a photo showing the damage so we can review the matter; send it to hello@brunosociety.com with your order number, name and email address.

 

The item I want is sold out, is there anything I can do?

 

We try to keep our iconic products in stock throughout the year. For our more seasonal items, we cannot guarantee they will be restocked. However, you can reach us at hello@brunosociety.com for information on restock of any sold out product.

I forgot my password?

 

Click on the “I forgot my password” link on the login page and enter your e-mail address that you used when registering on the site. You will be sent an e-mail containing the password you used to log into the site.

 

What are your shipping rates for domestic shipping?

 

Our shipping rate is free of charge for orders over 350 TL and 20 TL for orders up to 350 TL.


How can I get information about my orders?

 

You can track your order with the cargo tracking code sent to your e-mail address.


My order is late, what should I do?

You can contact us via hello@brunosociety.com. We can get details and cancel the order if you wish.


Can I cancel the order I placed?

 

You can contact us via hello@brunosociety.com. We can check the status of the order and cancel the shipment if possible. Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Bruno Society cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

 

How can I make a return?

 

You can return your products by submitting the BSG TASARIM A.Ş. / 901146972 return code to Yurtiçi Kargo branches throughout Turkey. You may return your items free of charge by using Yurtiçi Kargo. If you wish to make a return please contact us via hello@brunosociety.com by stating your enquiry, order number, name, surname & email address.  


In how many days will the refund of my product arrive in my account?


The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

 

I am a new customer. Can I get a discount on my order?

 

We welcome all new customers to Bruno Society with one time discount of 15%. In order to get this discount, you have to subscribe to our newsletter and confirm your email address.

 

What are the payment methods you accept?

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards, via the IYZICO checkout gateway.
